Our project is a mobility project in the scope of the Erasmus+ program, including 5 consortium partners in the region of Antalya and also consists the training of 49 vocational staff on 4 different topics in 3 different countries. The main issues determined by the consortium partners and have made us write this project are as below: 1- In our country, vocational and technical education has been less preferred by the students, 2- The graduated students have employment problems, 3-New technologies have been reflected on the curriculum very late,4-Educational staff in vocational training cannot find any opportunity to examine and use the new technologies. These problems require the encouragement of vocational training, improving the quality of vocational and technical education institutions, increasing teachers’ international job experience, ensuring their compliance with the labour market, and learning of the new technologies in place.Since new and modern hotels also factories have been founded in the region of Antalya, it requires a specialized staff that will not only be employed in these sectors but also compatible with the technology in Europe. We have made researches and interviews to identify the most problematic issues in our vocational school and the region, after that we have included all these issues in this project. For this purpose, mobilities have been planned in the subjects such as energy production from renewable energy sources, controlling automation systems with PLC, laser cutting with CNC machines and applications in general vocational training (skills training in enterprises, vocational guidance, modular training systems, methods and techniques in workshop practice). This project was planned to realize these main purposes. Project activities are also for the following purposes of the Erasmus+ program: 1.
