Within this project, totaly 36 sophomores and seniors who study Accommodation and Travelling Services in Sema Abdurrahman Karamanlioglu Hotel Management and Tourism Vocational High School will be trained. First stage of the project which is planned to be carried out for 2 weeks, will be between10th and 25th of April, 2016; second will be between 8th and 23rd of May, 2016 and the third will be between 5th and 20th of June, 2016. Project will be taken place in Line Hotel Facility located in Romania. For each stage, a counselor authorized by our institution will be in charge. According to the progress plan, protective and maintaining role of the Ministry of Culture has been increased. In Denizli, where our organisation has a great potential of tourist attention, the lack of qualified staff in accommodation facilities has been rapidly increased. To help out the most important fuctions of industry, our participants will be trained in accommodation and housekeeping departments for 2 weeks. With the project, our students will be trained in the methods of how to provide better quality of service. In addition, with the observed applications, they will ensure that the the quality improvement process is continuing. Within this project, we aim to ensure that our 36 students who study in the field of Accommodation and Travel Services are trained in their professionals with applying ways related to their field of profession such as application of used materials and their functions. We also aim to be sure that they understood the differences of industries between countries. In addition to these, by visiting other countries and having the opportunity to observe, their self-confidences will be improved. Therefore they will be helping our tourism too. At the end of the project, they will increase their chances of being employed with the qualifications they improved.
