The main reason we want to carry our project is to provide training to students from “Sick and Elderly Care” department in patient lifting and handling techniques field, from “Child Development” development in “Psycho-Motor Development” field in Europe. 22 of our students and 3 of our teachers as companions will participate in each activity. 44 students and 6 companions, total of 50 people will attend to project. The main objectives of the project are as follows, To provide - Our students to see different educational systems in Europe, - To be aware of these differences in the education system, - The progress for the language level of students and increase in their self-confidence, - Learning of different cultures - Create awareness in their fields with education they receive in Europe, transfer new information from Europe to our country by acquired equipment, knowledge and skills. Our project will be happened in Spain and Germany as two flows with 44 students and 6 companions. Our students will first get education of “Sick and Elderly Care” in Spain's Gesforem institution. Our activities cover two weeks period. Our first activity will take place in Spain between 07.03.2016 and 21.03.2016, and our second activity will take place in Germany between 13.04.2016 and 27.04.2016. As long as we are aware of our responsibilities about raising generation that is suitable for the changing in medicine sector, helpful to his/herself and to his/her environment, we have to accept that all individual efforts have a limit. The idea of being part of Erasmus+ projects is showed up with foreseeing the advantages of moving in a self-confident team that is working, thinking together. Our project is planned for covering the professional needs of our elder caring and child development students. This project has priorities such as; increasing the accessibility of fastly growing knowledge environment, improving the new education and sharing possibilities that technology has provided, increasing quality of education with doing cooperation with EU countries, providing our students to reinforce their knowledge and skills about their professions, encouraging language learning and providing cultural dialog. Our base purpose for our students is providing them to have health conscious and awareness and helping their careers with a totalitarian education in this project's scope. Also making them advantaged in their higher educational and professional lifes. With this project, our students will both be preferred in business sector as experts in their field and have the opportunity to get to know different cultures and people. They will increase their linguistic competence by taking language courses in the scope of preparation and having chance to practice it. They will have the chance to be able to perform at the international platforms with the certificates they will obtain in their profession. The topics chosen for the training program has been identified as a result of the needs of industry and interviews with the host institution. Participants who receive training in the field they need will increase their employability rate and also they will contribute to the development of industries related with their field thanks to our project.
