Environmental waste is a term used to describe solid waste. Hazardous waste is waste that is dangerous or potentially harmful to our health or the environment. Waste parsing is necessary to save natural resources and transfer them to the next generations. This project’s goal to improve susceptibility of people working in municipalities in Kayseri and Environment and Urban Provincial Directorate regarding environmental waste. In Talas Municipality, there are lots of people working on waste collection and recycling. They provide training for school managements, students, mukhtars and inhabitants in their area of responsibility. However there isn’t any curriculum for trainings. For this reason it required to improve their accumulation of knowledge and see new applications in Europa. That’s why we plan a training to see the European companies in recycling sector carry out what kind of applications, take what sort of trainings and use which technological materials. Within the scope of the Project 36 participants working in Talas Municipality, Kayseri Büyükşehir Municipality, Kocasinan Municipality and Environment and Urban Provincial Directorate will be participate a mobility activity in 4 different countries Czech Republic, Germany, Spain and Italy. They will participate a training that will take 10 days about management of environmental waste, agricultural organic waste, packing wastes etc. This Project will support sustainable development goal of European Union of 2020 Strategy and Erasmus + Programmes goals and priorities, encourage learning foreign language, increase cooperation between European countries and make education activities widespread. With this project, participants will learn new education and training methods, and increase their personal competences, and transfer the competences and knowledge on management of environmental waste. There will be project management committee consisting of 4 people at least licence degree holder and speciallist on management of environmental waste. There will be also contact person from each participating organization. There will be a language course, cultural and pedagogical preparations in Turkey before mobility. During the mobility participants will take a course and visit developed recycling corperations. Dissemination and assessment programs will be realised after turning back to Turkey. At the end of the mobility there will be a final sitting.
