Our project is designed as Erasmus + school education staff mobility project. This project involves the strengthening and internationalization of our school goals of professional competence of teachers as part of the European development of the plan. Our school is part of the strategic development of our educational activities which will support the international dimension. European Development Plan which has achieved the goal of our project is taking place in our strategic plan. The highest level of our students' learning outcomes and gaining employment in the EU dimension can be qualified workforce goal is to create our school's existence. In our institution, the development of teacher competences in analysis and implementation of educational activities at the international level has emerged as areas of need. One of the activities planned for this by ensuring participation in mobility projects, to be transferred to our school to new educational methods and techniques in the EU countries is to improve all aspects of classroom management and international studies. It is difficult to provide the students the desired level of desired behavior without effective classroom management in the classroom. Classroom management is to focus on the management skills of classroom teachers. This project; our teachers, classroom management, new teaching methods and tools, updating of knowledge and skills related to the organization of the teaching process, classroom environment, the transfer to the country of good practices in European countries, the training have been required in the needs and direction of our goals related to improving our quality. Our project partners are the host school BBS in Germany and Roc Aventus in the Netherlands. The project will be carried out with the participation of a total of 28 teachers ,two teachers from each class of each stream. It will be actualized between 01/09/2015 and 09/01/2016. The job of the host teacher in the public schools for the realization of that objective of making observations and analysis methodology will be used. The main goal of our project is the teachers' utilizing classroom management skills in the EU countries to increase surveillance in the EU dimension and having new information in this regard is to ensure the transfer of skills and approaches to our school and our country. Our planned sub targets; - Searching new methods and tools of teachers, learning and transfer - Providing teachers with professional development of our approach to lifelong learning Learning and transfer of current methods and technologies to our country for a class of management of the enabled To learn the classroom teaching strategies and models – in the EU countries To learn about the organization of the practice-learning materials - Examination of the strategy to eliminate the undesired students behaviors in the classroom Examination of teachers and students on the use of applications to increase the success of collaborative technology - Examining the information and communication technology-supported by curriculum of classroom management -Constructive, current information and gaining the confidence and competence of our teachers with the means to gain skills - Increasing the awareness of e-twinning platform and its potential - Learning the history of European countries, people, customs and traditions is to support the adoption of European citizenship process. The projected activities are as follows; Observation of the EU applied the basic principles of class management , teaching strategies and models, examining how planned according to the course characteristics of the physical environment, examining the creation and management of the class rules, monitoring the use of the teaching process in the internal and external conditions of the management and follow-up of student development and evaluation system, the individual in the learning process examining the management of differences, Audio - Visual observation of the use of Interactive Materials, examining the use of technology in classroom activities and so on. The management of project preparation and settlement consists of dissemination phase. Participants gained knowledge, skills and experience in the dissemination plan seminars, e-booklet, printed publications, etc. and activities will be shared through social media. This sharing will allow sustainability.
