The objective of this Project is to send one of our language teacher to a course abroad, that she could gain new ideas and skills to make her language more attractive and to lift the quality and efficiency of teaching and learning. Teachers have to educate themselves, that they could be up to date with new methodics and tools to use. They need that the lessons would not turn into boring lectures and would still be effective. Teachers need practical training, because they use a lot communicative methods, to do that they need to work and create a lot of new materials. A training course aboard is a good way to get inspiration from colleagues cross border. From training courses they get a lot of ideas and materials that they can use in the classroom straight away or by adjusting them a bit. A huge advantage on attending a cross border training course is that teachers can learn local culture, you can not learn that from the internet or book, it is important to relate to the real-world. Teachers can bring that realness to the classroom. If teacher can train cross border, they will bring freshness, local culture, new methods and materials, all that makes students more interested in foreign languages and motivates them to learn. Sending a teacher to a course, is beneficial to a teacher, student and school, when we have qualified and motivated teachers then we have interested and motivated students and when we all have that results will improve which means school offers good educations, and that is our goal. Attending on a course give teacher courage and confidence to use new methods and improve and create new materials. Motivated teachers and students help to achieve our goals.
