Our project "Consolidation And Strengthening Of Our Europe Profile and Practical European Activity" is focused on:language skills, European dimension, management skills, inclusion, and staff skills.At the moment our school participates in several Erasmus+ KA2 and other international projects. So we can strengthen our school profile as Europe Gymnasium. We want to bring this practical Europe activity to life for our students, colleagues and parents and we would like the European dimension to become tangible.Therefore future participations in eTwinning or another Erasmus + are planned.To get this managed successfully we need dedicated and motivated employees. With the help of this key action 1, we want to give our colleagues the possibility to develop knowledge and skills in the areas mentioned above. So we would like to support and strengthen a lot of colleagues which ensures these projects now and in the future confident, competent and motivated.The staff skills, such as foreign language skille, intercultural skills, organizational skills are to be strengthened at all participating employees. Need for improvement still exists for the subject "inclusion". Although we have built up competencies in our school in recent years the issue of inclusion is becoming increasingly important and we would also like to use international experiences.
