Ausbau des europäischen Bewusstseins: Job Shadowing zur Förderung von interkulturellen Kompetenzen und transnationaler Zusammenarbeit

We ask one of our foreign language teachers to do this job shadowing, who is going to have a close look at the different ways of teaching languages in Spain and Germany. Comparing her own experience in teaching English and French to the impressions she is going to have in Spain will definitely be an interesting experience. Furthermore, being our ESP coordinator, she will profit from the fact that our partner school in Spain has already been involved in several projects. Intensifying our contact to the Spanish school will be of great use for our collaborative work in the future as we could develop both projects that are based on English as a means of communication and multilingual projects that could be part of our Spanish lessons.
