atrimonium -the cross-border utilization of the common cultural legacy (Patrimonium)

The Museums Directory has succeeded to realize the most different ways of contact-holding but the most frequent way was the mutual display of one-one exhibition and not the organisation of the collective exhibition, conference. The archaeological, ethnological, art historical researches were running parallel on both sides of the border, in professional controlled way on the part of both participants. As the research and display of both areas happened so far, along different priorities, separated, the project's aim is to apply collective researches and collective publication onsite. With the common researches we analyse the cross-border lying areas' collective archaeological, ethnological, art historical past and we give the public, from the results of the research, a brochures of common image.The general objective of the project is to call the cross-border areas into the development, protection of cultural and historical values, into the cooperation between the communities. The project's direct target groups: in the Szabolcs-Szatmar-Bereg and Satmar counties functioning museums' employees and their visitors (20 museums, 30 000 people/institute); in the museums working specialists 100 people; local self-governments, churches, civil organisations, 120 people. The main specific activities of the project are: complex ethnological, archaeological, historical survey; organisation of four exhibitions; organisation of conferences and workshops; making scientific brochures and film; communication activities.Main results: issue of historical and cultural guides, mural brochures, issue of ancient monumental fanfolds, Szabolcs and Satmar castle counties in 1918-1919 exhibition, Ecsed wetland's exhibition, exhibition in the land house of Tasnad, exhibition of small crafts of Satmar in the kraut house, wetland civilization on the Upper-Tisza land workshop, effects of the end of the 1st World War within and beyond the border /workshop/, church architecture conference, age of emperor conference, North-West-Romania brochure, ethnological film, Oros quarry processing of the common Romanian-Hungarian excavation, three volumes of the Satmar County Museum Year-book, Satmar farmers' statements brochures, brochure of the Satmar County authorities' mediaeval letters, common web-portal, two thematically DVDs - Josa Andras Museum Year-book, Settlers of the Magyars in Hungary, knowledge spreading film: Satmar.
