Co-operational innovations are rising from human discussion and intercommunication. In this project new ways of activity are sought within three spheres of action that all support tourism. The actions of this project are organized in three work groups. The planning work inside these groups is supported by the project administration through making use of innovative planning tools that intensify group work and support customer orientation.The targets of the project are: 1) Creating new business based co-operation between Finnish and Estonian Companies. The target is to promote in particular innovative co-operation between the so called creative branches and more traditional branches of business; 2) Planning and piloting new models of co-operation that support the tourism branch; 3) Strengthening entrepreneurship that support tourism by development of customer service.
