The EVS project "Art and Chamnge" promotes the participation of tow young people from Italy and France, in the activities of the association Residui Teatro.The project will be developed in the city of Madrid, in the CENTRO DE ARTESANIA DE LAS ARTES ESCENICAS , multiethnic island in the heart of the city, in C/ Ercilla 48, a place of concetration of spaces art and non-formal education; really important in the city . The purpose of the project ( 15 months) is involve young people in art education activities targeting vulnerable groups (gypsies children and people with disabilities) and encourage the development of a look into the growth of European citizenship. Volunteers participate in community activities that are focused on the use of theater for personal and social development. During the project, volunteers will learn and build useful skills they can use in future field of volunteer or in work contexts. Project beneficiaries, besides volunteers, will be groups of people from vulnerable contexts, the local community and the international network of contacts that will develop. Volunteers will made public activities (organization of a eeting , organizing an exhibition, art-education workshop, etc..) and will develop a personal project that will be used to disseminate the project results.
