Cultural Association "Postcard" is planning a project for three volunteers: two people from Ukraine, one person from Armenia and two people from France. Project will last for 12 months and will take place in Hajnowka. Project will assist the volunteers by introducing them to the rules of working with theatric group and cultural association. Volunteers will learn artistic and impresario work, such as: planning activities, making spectacles and scenography, organization and managing of cultural events and international theatre festival, promotion, technical assistance, participation and conducting theatrical workshops and team working. We are open to volunteers who will actively participate in work and we will give them opportunity to realize their own, personal ideas and mini-projects. Thanks to many travels with theatre group of our association (A3Theatre) volunteers will have opportunity to see other regions of Poland, get to know polish culture, and most of all - meet people. We rely on volunteers contacts with local residents in our region. This way they will be able to get to know our heritage, history, language, and learn to function in relationships with people from a different culture and draw a lesson from this. We believe that both sides will have benefits from those relationships - volunteers will derive knowledge and skills, and the members of the Association and the local community - will get to know interesting, young people, their culture and experiences. Volunteers will live in Hajnowka and mentor will be the person who will help them. We will ensure them insurance before departure, and after arrival - safe apartment, alarm numbers, map of the town, and support of whole group in every situation. We are ready to support them in finding in a new environment. We will communicate in English. We will be in open communication with volunteers, in order to avoid any problems and difficult situations, and if they occur - to solve them together.
