Art Shapes Minds responds to the needs for personal and professional development of young people in Europe, as well as for the strenghtening of the intercultural dialogue. The main activity of the project is a 12 months EVS mobility, which will take place in Minte Forte organization, in Cluj-Napoca city. The project aims to combine arts and psychology in order to facilitate the personal and professional development of four young artists from France, Spain, Slovakia, and Armenia and also of the young people from Cluj-Napoca. The specific objectives are: to develop entrepreneurial, social and emotional competencies; to facilitate the intercultural learning and the internationalization of the activity led by the 20 local volunteers of the host organization; to generate new working methods for mental health promotion and personal development, based on arts and non-formal education; to create new oportunities for personal development for young people in Cluj-Napoca, through arts. In this project, the volunteers will create, organize and facilitate workshops and personal development modules, based on non-formal education and arts, addressed to young people in the Pediatric Psychiatry Clinic, a public school, a public highschool and young people from the general population.
