The project "Art, Culture and dance as a tool for education" will be attended by 35 people from 5 countries: Poland, Turkey, Italy, Bulgaria, Romania. Project create Possibility meetings for Youth with Different countries, get to know better other cultures , exchange experiences , get to know cultural diversity , breaking down stereotypes, get experience with working in an international team , get acquainted with the methods Working in an international team . Young people get to know Innovative Forms of non formal education ( Dancing with fire, ledshow, modern dance, walk on the sticks, fire walking, creating choreography and characterization).The participants step up a artistic sensibility and alsothey learn in a practical way to use known techniques. Participants also get to know Which group process will help Develop skills for example : organization of work , group work , evaluation own action , effective time management , stress coping, conflict resolution with group . Group use verbal and nonverbal forms of work. In practice they used Intercultural Dialogue Skills . One form of was "Communications language arts" That will allow better communication people sensitized artistically . Furthermore an experience in doing international projects and acquiring partners to cooperation on future will be beneficial for achieving goals of ERASMUS + programme.
