The fundamental purpose of our proposal is to promote the training of students and teachers in different areas, which include the development of linguistic, multicultural and technological competencies. Our families, schools, communities, cities and towns in which we live, all have been affected by the growing diversity in the world, a diversity characterized by increased immigration, globalization and conflict. In response to these changes, we intend to promote multicultural education as a philosophy and an attempt to prepare our students to live in this new world, as citizens capable of participating in a plural society. English is the universal language, and a powerful tool of communication for the student. It is one of the official languages of the European Union and the United Nations. If someone can speak English, they can connect with people from around the world, exposing their ideas and opinions, interact with people of different nationalities, and learn about their lives and their culture. These reasons show that English is the universal language par excellence. Today, to speak a second language is very important on a personal level but on a professional level. It can open the door to better job opportunities and why not say it, social also. It is important to take on the challenge of learning a second language like English and begin to enjoy all the changes it will bring to our lives and feel part of the development. We must not forget the characteristics of our students (the generation Z). The members of generation Z have never known life without personal computers, mobile phones, gaming systems, MP3 players and Internet. They are true 'digital natives', accustomed to e-mail, text messages, and computer applications. They are also capable of understanding and mastering the advances in technology more quickly than previous generations. Another aspect to be highlighted as a result of the participation of the teachers involved in the project of strategic partnership at European level, lies in the possibility of exchanging methods and strategies of teaching and learning, identifying, disseminating and widespread practices of success and quality, promoting the group learning through collaborative and practices based on interactions between all participants, whether teachers or students. The choice of this theme is based on the age of the students involved in the project since artistic expression means for a child of early childhood education one of the main means of expression.
