PROJECT
FINISHED
The project arises from the need to achieve an innovative teaching and learning through new educational resources, and also meet the dual training systems, to support the transition from training to employment.
We believe that the mobility of teachers is vital to increase the quality of the professional skills of these, to get a more meaningful teaching, and for the students to increase levels of employment after graduation and had a vocation to undertake business projects.
This mobility project for teachers from 8 vocational training centres from/in various regions and associate professors of the Technical and Secondary Teachers of Mechanics Association from Galicia contemplating three training outputs (Germany, Italy and Czech R.) has as objectives the development of the following topics in their training visits:
To meet the dual training system in Germany, through direct contact with schools, businesses and the chamber of commerce of Münster.
To contact with new management and relationship with the company through the visit to the Czech Republic.
To gain knowledge of the latest technologies, in the field of maintenance and repair of the body (Italy).
To establish meetings with organizations dedicated to campaign motivation to future entrepreneurs.
By setting an agenda mobilities contact and agreements with companies to the consortium partners could send trainees.
To set a multiplier effect of knowledge acquired through consortia partners from four different regions.
To create an e-Book with the information found in the mobilities.
A note on this project, the host partners with extensive experience in mobility of students and teachers who meet the appropriate profile for the development of training programs raised.
The long-term benefits will be the getting of a vocational training, which could be adapted at all times to the needs of the labor market, more motivated students who wanted to learn . Something that in Spain still has not been achieved, is that companies and vocational schools had been working together to have workers with high technical level and that the worker/student was motivated by his training.
