"The general objective of the project aims, over a 3 years period (JANV 2009/DEC 2011) to the development of methodology to improve and upgrade quality of support structures for Phd policies of PC universities. The purpose of these structures will be to: a) Open Phd studies to social and economic environment; b) Follow the professional project of the Phd students; c) Increase coordination between training activities for Phd students; d) Develop regional, European and international co-operation with EU and PC HEI." The specific objectives are: "Sensibiliser des encadrants à leurs responsabilités spécifiques, suivre le projet professionnel des doctorants, coordonner des actions de formations sur les ""generic skills"" à destination des doctorants, ouvrir les formations doctorales sur l'environnement social et économique de chaque pays, développer la coopération interrégionale, européenne et internationale sous forme de thèses en co-tutelle, programmes d’échange, travaux de recherche."
