APPROACHING TO EMPLOYMENT is a project framed within the KA2 the Erasmus + program (strategic partnership) to be held in Puente Genil (Spain), Lisbon (Portugal) and Caserta (Italy) together.The project will be developed between 1st September, 2016 and 31st October, 2017.This project will have a direct participation of approximately 75 young people in total between 16 and 30 who are "confused" about his professional future, unemployed or young people who have just completed their studies or it is their last year of education.The objectives of this project are:- Strengthen links between education, training and youth with the world of work- To promote equity and inclusion through quality learning for all- Promoting entrepreneurship education- Increasing participation and employability- Improve the key skills of youth by promoting active participation in Europe, developing an awareness of European citizenship and identity- Promoting intercultural dialogue, social inclusion and solidarity- Promote cooperation between the parties involved in the project through the development of different capacitiesThis project will have different activities divided into several phases among which are:1. Analysis of realityIn this phase information about the profile of the young, of the needs of companies and partnerships and way of link between all parties it is collected.2. InformationThis information includes, on the one hand, for young people: list resources for job search, opportunities for further education or training, mobility opportunities, employment abroad ...On the other hand, in relation to companies and associations they will be given information on all grants and programs that exist to involve young people in its workforce and about the Erasmus + program.3. TrainingThe training will include a wide range of areas:- Erasmus Programme +- Career Counseling- 2.0 Employability- Improved competencies and skills in various fields- Languages4. AdviceThis advice will be present throughout the project and once this and consists of: briefings in relation to employment, mobility and entrepreneurship in which any young person interested may attend. In addition, advice will be given on the Erasmus + program and youth organizations at all interested in it.6. EvaluationThis evaluation will take place in several stages throughout the project and ensure project quality to assess whether they achieve all objectives and participants are getting their learning expectations.The impact of the project can see it from two aspects:1. Applicants and collaborators- We will improve the development of new projects at European level- Knowledge of good practices on employment, mobility, entrepreneurship and other activities related to it- Creating a strong network for future collaborations- Increase their vocabulary in English and mother tongue- Creating synergies and interactions between public agencies, private organizations and youth- More information on programs and grants 2. In the young participants- Approach the labor market through the use of tools for job search, resources and services related to it- Better understanding of the realities of other countries in relation to employment, mobility and entrepreneurship- Opening their mind in relation to other cultures and people- Increased interest in participation in European mobility programs and international- Improvement and vocabulary acquisition in the following languages: Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and English- Improve their personal and professional autonomyWe can say that the results of the project are:- European online platform with information and results of the project- Future seminar on good practices in employment, mobility and entrepreneurship and to create a strong European network for the implementation of projects at different levels.- Audiovisual material- Future projects created by young participants- Dossier with basic vocabulary in English, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese used in the workplace- Theatrical representation
