PROJECT
FINISHED
Our project is a part of a dynamic process developed for many years. We decided to creat a consortium again as we did in the past because we are used to work together. Thanks to the Regional Council, Centers of apprenticeship joined toi allow young apprentices to go abroad and have a work experience. Then some vocational schools joined us.Young candidates must be volunteers but these people are often in bad social conditions. There is a lack of culture and they have less chances to participate to such projects. So we are trying to convince them and help them. Our objectives, supported by professionnal branches and other institutions we are working with enhance the development of European dimension and would like to open the mind of the participants, either young people or adults so that they can share these experiences together. We would like that the young people could develop professionnal and linguistic skills but also to rise human wlaues which allow them to enter more easily the labor market and succeed. Concerning teachers and tutors, we wanted to develop work and training methods, they could work with their European partners to compare and improve training and learnig methods and tools. The principes of the consortium is to mutualise methods and energies. We develop a commun method of management and commun documents we can share on a platform.Everything is based on a commun work managed by a coordinator and her team in the coordinator's school but all the members of the consortium work together, firstly in a small group called COPIL which takes commun decisions. All the comments and feelings of the actors are taken into account to improve the project. All the competences acquired especially during other projects valorise the actions. So results could be dissmeminated to a great number of people, thanks to networks we are working with. We would like that all participants could be valorised through this commun work and that it would enhance new experiences.
