Volunteers' presence enriches and qualifies the information delivered to the young people and the employees of the Mission Locale. The volunteer exchanges on her motivations with the employees and the young people but also on his difficulties and their modes of resolution in touch with her EVS. Many employees and young people discover the country of origin and the culture of the volunteer during the collective information meetings. The support of the young people on the way out is also strengthened by the presence and the participation of the volunteer in the diverse necessary collective and individual meetings. The volunteer brings her vision and his experience during the EVS. This contribution tends to reassure the young people on the frame and the existing relations between the volunteer, the hosting and sending organisations and the National Agencies. The volunteer also shows by her participation and her commitment in the project and gives a perspective understandable for all the young people on the notions of voluntary service and on the intercultural learning. The welcome of a Russian volunteer answers several needs and objectives: - improve qualitatively the information and the support at first thanks to the testimony of the volunteer - Offer an opening to the young people, and to the employees of the structure, on a country, a culture and a language badly known - Facilitate the exchanges between young people on news headlines and on fight against the prejudices with a complementary look to that of the media - Widen the partnerships to REUSSIR La Mission Locale de Lille towards geographical zones little known of the young people and thus little requested for the search for hosting projects in European Voluntary Service. On the other hand, the opening to partners of new geographical zones is an axis which we wish to work in the optics of the implementation of new actions within the framework of the EURO 2016. We shall welcome 1 volunteer for a duration of 12 months and shall wish to associate her with the following activities: - Preparation of a material on the mobility: stereotypes and intercultural prejudices, brakes in the mobility, etc. - Development aid of projects: volunteers' personal projects, support of projects of young people connected to other actions of the program - Development of new partnerships: mainly with the sending organisation of the volunteers to register the long-term cooperation - Erasmus's promotion+: information by the meeting with the structures and the young people of the region (formal meetings, festive events, etc.) - Creation of a newspaper or a blog: choice of the subjects, the writing, the distribution - Material of presentation of Russian Federation, culture and language of the volunteer.
