The seminar addresses youth workers who want to form in their community young people that will work as social-educational animators for children / young peolple in holiday centers and beyond. The competencies acquired by the young people from these courses may be used during holiday centers that offer entertaiment services for children, during school holidays, in camps and excursions, parties and other forms of education of young people and children through active non-formal methods. The idea of this project came from our desire to increase the employability of young people and their desire to engage in activities that bring them income during school holidays and leisure, to develop professionally and personally. Goal: Develop the necessary skills of 45 youth workers ((plus 4 trainers and 1 support staff person) over 18 years old, to prepare young people as social educational animators, over 10 days. Specific objectives: 1 Sharing of experiences and good practice examples of in the field of sociol educational animation by 45 youth workers over 18 years old of the 15 participating countries over 10 days. 2 Getting the 45 youth workers, over 18 years old, of the 15 countries participating, learning teaching methods and tools of socio-educational animation to young beneficiaries , within 10 days. During the seminar will be addressed concepts such as interactive communication, teamwork, animation project design, the security of participants, how to promote the activities and image of the organization, promotion of sociol educational activities, multi-disciplinary animation team coordination , Implementation of animation activities, implementation of complex animation projects, development pro -social behavior etc. The sessions will be based on non-formal education, the participants learning process being one easy, creative and fun. It will use methods such as brainstorming, open space, debates, presentations games, role play, open forum roundtable forum, research, sports, dance, photography, manual activities (quilling, origami, creative recycling) , storytelling, mime, hiking, campfire, music, workshops etc. Expected results - An increase of at least 30% of beneficiaries employability as well of young people participating in activities organized by them, because they will gain organizational skills, initiative, creativity, desire to get involved in society, etc. - An increase in the number of activities organized by participating organizations by 30%, because they can involve young people trained as facilitators of activuties; - An increase of at least 25% extra school activities organised in the local high school / schools due to the involvement of young people in organizing such activities voluntarily; (Final beneficiaries)
