Realization of the project titled: "English since the kinderten-resources for the Child, flexibility and innovation for the Teacher" (original title: „Angielski od przedszkola - bogactwo dla dziecka, elastyczność i innowacje dla nauczyciela”) is the response to the needs of the organization: creation of the new and cohesive English teaching methodology, English teaching competence enhancement among organization's pre-selected staff, creation of educational materials data base, introduction of new forms of education based on children dedicated games and numerous supportive activities. The development of relations, at the local, regional and international level for the future activities (share of experience, new EU inititives) is also one of key important aspects of the project. Active participation in the thoroughly selected courses organized by Executive Training Institute in Malta-ETI will enable the teachers' competence enhancement needed to the realization of the planned activities and tasks (especially at the premises of the organization, work and cooperation with children) 10 teachers were selected during the recruitment phase (including Headmaster, Project Coordinator, Psychologist, Speech-therapist), all persons are children educators at the level of the organization or selected age groups. Each of the Participant will attend two selected (2-weeks long) summer courses in ETI in years: 2016 and 2017 receiving the certificates confirming their attendance as well as Europass certificate confirming their competences. The selected summer courses concentrate on the following topics:· Fun and games methodology for education of children· Fluency and English language development for teachers· Professional Development Communication Skills· ICT skills and technology enhanced learning· Playground language teaching methodology · Methodology, revitalised and re-energised During the school year 2016/2017 the planned activities will focus on the creation of the English teaching methodology at the level of the organization as well as each age group, educational materials, preparation of basic and extended exercises which (realization of own ideas and contribution of each Participant is expected and will be promoted). During the school year 2017/2018 the content of the educational materials and methodology will be extended and corrected in line with the previous year experience, introduction of ICT tools for teaching of children. During the school year the course Participants will work on team-work basis in the cooperation with Project Coordinator, regular project meetings will be held aiming at the evaluation of the activities, share of experiences and discussion on the current issues, challenges and problems. Project promotion will be based on active use of eTwinning tools, project dedicated web site as well as active participation in the local and regional events (Piaseczno, Mazovian region). The active participation in the Summer Courses in Malta as well as eTwinning activities will result in establishment of new contacts (minimum 20, especially international) which will become a key factor to future and fruitful activities such as knowledge and experience share between organizations from different EU countries, new EU projects.
