Project, includes the area of mobility of individuals learning. The project's overall subject : Smart technologies and mobile operating systems. The specific subject : Android-based mobile application development. Our project will be carried out three flows. Participants in this flows : -Age ranges from 16-19 years old. -Our institution are studying in the field of Information Technology. -Girls and boys are a team of 10 people. -Each group will be guided to the first person. First Flow : Participants in Portugal's Braga operating in CRU Design is working in IT companies to undertake an internship Android based Mobile Application Development. The mobility began on January 10, 2016 will expire on January 30, 2016. Mobility period is 3 weeks. Second Flow : Participants in Italy' Modena Formigine operating in Zenit Formazione is working in IT companies to undertake an internship Android based Mobile Application Development. The mobility began on February 14, 2016 will expire on March 5, 2016. Mobility period is 3 weeks. For participants, "internships in enterprises abroad vocational training learners" in information flow within the scope of company operations during these two types of theoretical and practical training methods will be applied. Third Flow : Participants in the training institute Bilcom Weiterbildungsinstitut is operating in Vienna, Austria, to undertake an internship to work in Android based Mobile Application Development. The mobility began on March 20, 2016 will expire on April 9, 2016. Mobility period is 3 weeks. For participants, "Vocational education training in vocational training institutions overseas learners" in vocational training institutions within the scope of activities during this flow type of theoretical and practical training methods will be applied. The aim of the project : ICT workforce through training to work on android programming of students studying in the field of technology is to provide qualified personnel to meet the needs of the market. Results and Impacts : Professional knowledge and experience in mobile technologies and android programming field of participants will increase. Android-Based Mobile Application Development process in the R & D activities, software project before making preparations, database creation, implementation of the software, the suitability of the software application environment and testing of the study, the preparation of software documentation, software and database update professional related to the construction work and technical issues in knowledge and development and practical application that is targeted to the development of practical skills. The Europass Mobility document to be given to all participants and will be increased employment in the future planning of career development opportunities. In the long run our country intelligent systems and technologies, mobile devices and the development of sensitivity to the use of mobile applications and mobile programming in the region and our country will contribute to the employment level. Project duration is 1 year. The project starts on June 1, 2015 and ends on May 31, 2016.
