PROJECT
FINISHED
The project responds to the needs of young people in improving their professional skills abroad and to have the students ready for today's world of competence and skills that will enable them to start their adult life.Training programme was prepared in cooperation with employers in the region waiting for independent, creative and mobile employee who will be ready to make decisions about employment and will ready to work abroad. Internship program and its assumptions take into account the professional competence scheduled to be verified during vocational qualification examination. The main objective of the project is to improve the quality of vocational education, expanding knowledge, skills and competencies, to facilitate the professional start of future economists, practical application of theoretical knowledge acquired during their studies, learning modern industry standards.Received certificates confirming the acquisition of new skills will be a great asset on the labor market and new skills will enhance the prospects of future economists on employment. Additional practice at international level especially while studying will improve professional skills, language skills, improve the situation of graduates in the labor market. The role of vet schools is the technical organization of the learning process, enabling student to gain as much practical experience, and if this can be done on the European market, project under the Erasmus + is the best opportunity for doing so.Applicant wish to equip students with knowledge about the rules that exist in the financial sector in other European countries. We will select 50 trainees (2 groups of 25 people) from two schools: Zespół Szkół in Sucha Beskidzka and Zespół Szkół No. 4 in Lowicz, who will leave for an internship in Cyprus. We want to create mixed groups from both schools to allow students to compare their competencies with their peers from other regions of Poland. It is worth to note that the proportion of students selected from schools come from low-income families and an internship will help them to acquire new skills and reduce the risk of abandoning school at an early stage. In addition, the training will also benefit teachers-tutors who will be able to observe good practice with interns to Nicosia. Taking into account very high dynamics of the financial industry / accounting sector there is a problem of being outdated with the knowledge. The aim of the trip is to increase the competence of teachers in professions related to accounting through confrontation of theoretical knowledge with practice and currently prevailing trends. We would like participants to learn through practice in Cyprus and be able to apply their knowledge in practice, which will be possible thanks to the fact that during the internship they will familiarize themselves with modern accountants tools and will gain professional competence, associated with the use of ICT and language skills. Additional advantages in the field of culture and traditions of different countries, adaptation to living and working in European countries, support for personal development (openness, tolerance, sensitivity) will provide added value in their development. We want to prepare young people in a best way to enter the labor market, to show them a chance and limit the risks of running your own business, as well as increasing interest in continuing education participants in the current direction.
