“An European youth exchange for the building of non-cognitive skills” is a project that seeks to empower, through non-cognitive skills, European citizenship and the Erasmus+ Programme, 16 young people with fewer opportunities from Belgium, France, and Spain. In order to achieve this, the project includes the implementation of a youth exchange in Salamanca (Spain) and the utilisation of the following methodologies: non-formal education, experience-based learning and YouthPass. In this regard, the young people will foster a proper personal development, a successful entry into the job market and become active agents of society. In addition, the partners organisations will elaborate the Handbook of Empowerment on Non-Cognitive Skills and European citizenship, in order to systematize all the results of the project. This handbook will allow to made known the impacts and good practices of the project and inspire other young people, youth workers and social partners to implement their own projects in this areas.
