This application is focused on 3 teachers of car mechanics who teach intermediate vocational diplomas at CIFP Someso. This mobility promotes and supports improvements in quality and innovation within vocational education training systems and institutions, facilitates the development of innovative practices in the fields of vocational training and their transfer, improve the quality and increase cooperation between vocational schools, throughout Europe providing learning opportunities.The exchange of experiences and teaching techniques, the study of the school organization and its educational system, I mean, in a foreign country, would be the results we expect after implementing this experience, besides a personal and professional enrichment that afterwards redound in our students, also in order to organize subsequent mobility projects or cooperation in the Erasmus + framework or others.This application form is related to the bet done by CIFP Someso facing direct collaboration with other vocational schools without using intermediary companies, boosting European programs in the daily life of our school. We understand that this is needed today to be a pointer within our professional field, distinguishing ourselves and to look attractive compared to alternative training centers.Mobilities for our students are our priority (FCT) in a coming future, although it´s very typical students prefer to stay in this area, despite of formal contracts in companies located in other village or cities, we think that an effective way to change this behavior is to involve teachers who are in direct contact with them in order to show them an example of good practices.Regarding to our application form, saying it plans to request a duration of project long enough to cover eventualities that may arise regarding hypothetical problems with the host partner that may postpone the mobility. In principle, the duration of the requested project is 18 months, nevertheless the mobilities will last one week.The selected period initially chosen for mobilities will take place in the first quarter of the school year 15/16, in order to have enough time to apply for another project in next February. The mobility of the three teachers involved will take place at the same time.In this group of participants there´s nobody with special needs.
