The project “Creative Ambassadors of the Cultures “ will take place in The Culture House of Rezekne National Societies in Latvia from 05-10-2016 - 04-10-2017. It is an EVS host project. There will be 3 Volunteers from Spain, Germany and Ukraine, who participates in the project. The main idea of the project is volunteers, who represent their countries as Creative Ambassadors. There will be made main activities based on this idea: Cultural and creative workshops, National food workshops, Language workshops, Theatre performances etc. The aim of the project is to give opportunity for volunteers to get know new culture, to get new social and life skills, to popularize EVS projects and to give opportunity to introduce with their culture. During activities it will reduce xenofobia, stereotypes and discrimination and increase tolerance and trust between cultures. The following methods of work will be used: group work, learning by doing, outdoor activities, thematic and creative workshops, national days, theatre performances, cinema clubs, discussions, team building and ice-breaking activities.
