Project “Alternative theatre for young integration” will be realized in Elena city on 01/09/2015 г. – 10/09/2015 г. In this project will participate programs and partner parts about program „Erasmus +” (Bulgaria, Italy, Spain, Poland, Serbia and Armenia). With the realization at project „Alternative theatre for young integration ", we want to be most useful to the young people devoted to art. We want to populate styles, which we consider for innovative and stimulating creativity of young people. The meet with the participants in the project will afford about our process like future actors, knowing about culture differences and their value. In the project we want to touch on bad problems in the life of young people – like lack of interest to the theatre and the art, the becoming of themselves in society, lack of manifestation to young actors and promoting volunteering with theater techniques. The number of all participants is 48, and this number it is ideal for achieving our purpose in the project. The age limit of participants is between 18 and 28 years old. The ratio men/woman’s is the equal as both in their common work, and work in groups. Activities that will familiarize the participants during the exchange are varied: - Knowing about Elena city, which have centuries of history - Theatre training and methods that can be used in life for their personal development - Removal of three performances in public and media from Elena city. Expect to influence on the local community towards: breaking stereotypes about people with different social and cultural backgrounds, cultural tolerance; raising the level of knowledge about the history, development and values of the community. Fundamental impact of what we want to find ourselves by conducting exchanges is to create motivation for participation in future projects of guests, local institutions and businesses in the region. Strengthening of trust in the European institutions by generating public support to projects enabling training and international exchange of awaking young people as an important part of the impact that we hope this project will have on all of its participants. Implementation of the European project in this otherwise small community can have wider ramifications, not only for the region where it is held but also at national and European level. During the final stage of the project, we believe that presenting a European youth with what we achieved, we will „Start the fire" in their hearts, "fire" that will awaken cultural interest in any European.
