This project is dealing with 3 activities taking place in the organisations "L'Enfance de l'Art" in Tournai, Solidarcité in Brussels and the alternative Café "Altérez-Vous" in Louvain-la-Neuve for 5 European volunteers. All the activities are coordinated by JAVVA.This project aims to enable young volunteers to become aware of other political and social realities and to highlight cultural diversity and societal alternatives.L'Enfance de l'ArtThis activity will involve 3 volunteers coming from Estonia, Czech Republic and the Reunion Island (France) in a team of young nurses and gardeners from the region, in Tournai and Templeuve for a period of 11 months.Within a structure for early childhood educational high quality, framed by an association of parents eager to put education in the core values of the company, they have turned to Loczy (for children) and Steiner, two pedagogies that are found in the goal of helping children to become confident in themselves beings, their capacities, concerned for their well-being and creative.These pedagogies lead us to consider the whole child, and past experience in our various childcare shows that volunteers can have a much better knowledge of a children of 0-7 years old.Altérez-Vous - Alternative CaféThis activity will take place in the alternative café "Altérez-Vous, a non-profit cooperative with social purpose, in Louvain-la-Neuve during 12 months. The project turns around 3 dimensions:- Friendly atmosphere: open to any kind of public, organisation of diverse entertainment activities (board game nights, concerts, free stages, knitting workshops, conversation groups, writing workshops,...). Altérez-Vous is a place to meet, share and interact with others. These activities are open to everyone and new ideas are always welcome.- Responsible consumption: the café gives priority to local, seasonal, organic and fair products.- Awareness to societal issues (the main objective of Altérez-Vous): organisation of debates, conferences, group discussions, meetings with local farmers, awareness events,...SolidarcitéThe mission of Solidarcité is targeting youngsters from 16 to 25 years old, whether qualified or not, whatever their social, geographical, ... It allows young people to (re)construct themselves through volunteering activities. This is a project where young people meet to experience different activities and where differences are a cultural wealth. Through this mission, the youngsters can learn and grow as a person in a different way than conventional or formal learning and furthermore, they can discover numerous initiatives and associations throughout the mission to become more openminded.The EVS volunteer from Guyane will join as a participant, the mission of Solidarcité. She will be part of the volunteer team, she will participate in different tasks in the organization and implementation of activities. More specifically, the EVS volunteer will be in a team of 8 volunteers accompanied by a educator and engage in a dynamic project based on three axes:1) Civic Engagement (community service and meeting activities)2) Training & Awareness events3) A personal maturation step
