The main goal of the project is to identify the training needs of industrial companies, development organizations and clusters operating within the same segment in the Slovenian-Hungarian border area. The information would be used to encourage employee rotation in the cross-border regions. Employee rotation opened the opportunity to implement an employee exchange program, and with this an exchange of practical experience, creating direct economic links or strengthening existing relationships on both sides of the border. Achievements: Attention to the needs of companies, the composition of the database looking for-offering information on both the workers' of employers, training for Maid: training contained 40 hours of theory and 100 hours of practical instruction; composition studies on the results of the project, an international swap program: it was attended by 39 persons from different of the fields on both sides of the border.
