The volunteer will spend one year in Brussels volunteering for IFM-SEI. He will divide his time between working as part of the IFM-SEI office team, particularly focusing on the All Together strategy and communication and working with a local group of young people in Brussels. In particular, the volunteer will work in three main fields:1) IFM-SEI's 'All Together' strategy on the inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities. The volunteer will be part of the international steering group, working with experts from our member organisations on our large-scale project aiming to critically assess the inclusion strategies of our member organisations, share best-practice and develop new ways of ensuring effective inclusion in our work.2) IFM-SEI's communication strategy. The volunteer will work with the communications and external relations team to improve the website, establish a bi-monthly newsletter and support volunteers to better communicate with each other and IFM-SEI3) Working regularly with a local group of children in Brussels, aiming to involve himself with the local community and link the inclusion work initiated at international level with grass-roots work.In each of these fields the volunteer will be fully supported by office staff who will take the main lead
