the project ALL INCLUSIVE comes from the desire of the Cooperative Aporti to involve european young people, in its activity assisting children and women, and immigrants; giving them the opportunity to live a meaningful and training experience in terms of psychological relapse and personal activation. For a period of 3 months, 4 volunteers, coming from Turkey, Spain and Romania, will be involved in social activities for primary prevention , assistance, animation leisure for children and young people, women and info desk for immigrants of the city of Brindisi. The tasks that the volunteer may exercise will be those of mentoring to professionals working in the city , such as mentoring to social , cultural animators , educators , pedagogues , etc. The coaching engage the volunteer for 5 days per week and will involve in educational activities, recreational and artistic activities directly related to their profile and their interests.The volunteer inserted and stimulated by the social reality of the community of Brindisi, will be able to compare different modus operandi , approaches and techniques , and will therefore increase their potential and mode of action also in the direction of cultural and professional updating , through non-formal learning and intercultural best practice. Thanks to the time spent in Italy, volunteers strengthen their basic knowledge of the language and of Italian and European culture , and will benefit from a personal growth exponentially. The experience will foster some skills, which could be used in the future life in job field and also in the personal and social field.
