ALIFE ? Adult Learning In and From Europe - is the European project for the next years of the centre for adult education cvo Kisp Gent.
The actions described in the project depart from the principle that internationalization is one of the forms of professional development of the staff and the organization . The proposed actions are an expression of a number of strategic objectives of the center and play directly on specific needs and requirements of the organization and the participants .
Through a thorough selection of European partners, a thorough substantive preparation and structural dissemination, the centre aims to maximize the impact of the training on the resilience and quality of the organization, the quality of education and wellbeing of staff and students .
Action 1: Implement creative thinking in education. 16 participants , both teachers and coordinators and directors. The purpose of this staff- training in Slovenia with the partner Skupina Primera is to strengthen the expertise in creative thinking at all levels of the organization and thus strengthening the resilience and dynamism of the organization and to strengthen the quality of our education.
Action 2: innovative strategies in language teaching. 8 teachers from the department of languages participate in this staff training in Italy with the partner organization Pixel . The aim is to strengthen the participants in their skills in the field of e-learning and innovative methods for activating their students. This will strengthen the dynamism in the language and improve learners involvement.
Action 3: quality management in education. 10 participants consisting of coordinators and staff of support services, participate in the staff training in Italy with the partner organization Pixel. The aim of this training is to teach the mid-level employees of the organisation the necessary expertise in the further development and implement the quality policy and to conduct quality assurance in the wider centre.
