The main goal of this transcultural youth exchange "Alcohol Abuse Prevention among young people - Sober Look" is to educate youth about responsible drinking, diminish risky behaviors, and prepare young people for critical situations likely to occur involving themselves or their peers in relation to alcohol use by them or others.8 day exchange project will be organized in Georgia, August 2016 in alcohol free environment and will reach 29 young people from Estonia, Georgia, Latvia and Ukraine.Main activity blocks will contain information, recommendations, facts and figures on alcohol and its policy, integration and cultural differences, social values and their impact on public policy and sport as a means to promote education, health and self-development.The most visible results of this exchange going to be a creation of pragmatic toolkit and short movies towards alcohol prevention to raise awareness among young Europeans and “Responsibility Day“ organised in each partner country for raising awareness about the scope and nature of health and social issues caused by harmful use of alcohol.
