This project consists of a job shadowing activity in the frame of inclusion and integration of second-generation youth (people who were born in Spain, with immigrant). We will send a person to learn from the work done in Morocco by FMJ in order to improve the quality of our work with these groups and also in order to establish strong relationships and to plan long-term projects between the two organizations. The month of August is particularly interesting because it is a school holiday period and therefore FMJ organizes many leisure activities like playschemes for youth and teenagers in the city of Rabat and surroundings. Moreover, during the 30 days the activity, we will establish links with other entities to enhance our network and thus promote mobility actions with our neighboring country . The project involves the mobility of a person with a professional profile in youth work and international youth projects . The methodology used is learning through direct action and observation. The participant will have an active role in all the activities organized by FMJ during the month of August. In addition, we have prepared several interviews and meetings with other expert bodies on intercultural learning in Rabat. The expected result is an increase in the quality of our work with young people. A significant improvement in the ability of inclusion of young second-generation immigrants in our general activities and finally, an increase in future international mobility projects between Spain (Valencia ) and Morocco (Rabat ) .
