Flipped Classrooms Project which planned totally for three training course is going to applied between 7/7/2015 and 7/7/2016. Education institution which are decided to cooperate are determined by meticilous study at European size. We took information by communicating institution's authorized contacat person, web-pages were researched, by using social networks we had interviews with local and foreign people who had that education before. It is understood that these institutions have profound experience. Trainnig courses at the project; *Tap-Swipe-Pinch into STEM /16-22 August 2015 : / Talinn-Estonia: For Science and Maths teachers *Tap-Swipe-Pinch into English / 25-31 October 2015 /Liverpool-England: For English techers *Tap-Swipe-Pinch /General TSP course / 06-12 March 2016 /Malaga-Spain: For other techers accept Science, English and Maths At a consequence of meetings which were done 2.term of 2013-2014 academic year,our school created European development comission .With the surveys and studies,institution`s and staff``s needs are determined and educatıon courses are planned at the maxımum lack of fiels .The determination of the staff who are going to participate to the education course is considered both volunteering and qualifications of the language.Number of participants is determined as12 staff. Each course lasts 7 days .Additionally project`s contact person has experience at EU projects and going to guide participants for each step and course.Our offered project is emerged by our institution`s needs and have an important place to achieve our targets. The most important aim of our project is to reach the international level at education field,to increase the professional qualifications of the school`s staff and to provide the teachers to gain new perspectives about using tablet and related ICT devices and techniques in education. At this rapidly growing information age ,there are some factors needed to actuate and increase the motivation of the staff.With this idea,we want to use the technological devices,internet,e-learning models,the most effective way at classrooms. As our whole school,despite the education of the staff is short,we think that it`s going to increase awareness and help to get rid of the routine and also increase using tablets and ICT devices which enables to learn easily and effectively . As Karşıyaka Anatolian high school,our main principle is sharing our experiences and information with other school`s according to our plan.
