The objective of the project was to establish a common Romanian-Hungarian cross-border fruit and vegetable production and sales network, using a common computer software to inform producers quickly and conveniently about selling opportunities, and help initiate the sale. This logistical system also informs producers about market demand, and thus it allows them to adjust the quality and quantity of their produce in advance. The funding has been used to acquire the IT equipment necessary for the use of the software. The software has also been completed, demonstrated in workshops, publicized in newspapers and tested via test procedures and a five-day live trial.
