The main objective of this project is to provide relevant, adapted and easily accessible methods and training for Life Long Learning with equal access, to reinforce the contribution of vocational training to the process of innovation. Specific aims are to design, develop, test, validate, disseminate en promote vocational training approaches, materials and tools to validate the knowledge of trainers to bring ideas to practice in the guidance of SME’s. The project wants to stress the importance of economic intelligence which is one of the key success factors for SME’s in relation to sustainable development. More specific it aims at raising awareness of the importance of guidance for managers and entrepreneurs, developing a proactive training tool for SME and network development, enabling learning through case studies and good practices and developing an economic development tool for the guidance of responsibles for economic and regional development. At the end of the project the several products will be available: e-learning courses for each key target group with guidelines for groups & trainers, training courses and training materials in 5 languages distributed on CD-Roms and coherent curricula. The following target groups are involved: small and medium sized enterprises, trainees/creators of companies, universities, regional developers, trainers and quality actors. In the active valorisation strategy target groups are directly involved for the delivery of pro-active feedback in test phases. A website, national and European workshops and the partners local, national and transnational networks will be used as specific dissemination channels.
