Aesthetics and Beauty could be the general title of this project which aims at giving equal opportunities to every student to study and be trained in a European competitive environment. The VET Learner Mobility will aim at the training of the students on beauty therapies, make-up techniques and body skin care. Goals of the program are: a) training of the students in skin care therapies and make-up techniques b) gaining knowledge on modern aesthetic methods according to European standards c) training on sales and product marketing 16-18 students and 2 teachers will participate each year. The whole project is prepared with the understanding and cooperation of the partners who will take up the training. The College will plan and realize all necessary steps. a) workplan and tasks for all partners b) ways of communication c) preparation of the participants for the criteria and the selection procedure d)pedagogical and cultural preparation e) management, travel arrangements, accommodation arrangements, monitoring f) evaluation, preparation of a questionnaire g) dissemination of results This project depicts the strategy of the College and its main goal for equal opportunities to all students, 2 year or 4 year. The willing outcomes are: a) the creation of high quality professional beauticians, able to put their knowledge and training into practice b) training in a challenging European work environment that will enhance the students' personal and professional status, which will help them to find work as professionals in their subject areas c) new challenges for future educational chances. d) getting the European Certificate will be an extra qualification in their CV The teachers will be trained in the recent methods of Aesthetics so as their knowledge and experience be transferred to class. This training will be an extra qualification in their CV.
