The Advantage Inc is a complete learning process for three young volunteers who will participate in this project, in Vila Nova de Famalicão, but also for the public we work with. This project arises from a need for all partners to offer a response to young people with fewer opportunities in terms of voluntary work. Young volunteers will work in three major actions PASEC: PASEC Habitat, PASEC Ingroup and PASEC Advantage, which will them opportunity to be in contact with different publics: citizens with disabilities, children and youth as well as adults. This will contribute to their growth as Europeans citizens and as citizens of a multicultural and multigenerational world, thereby training their ability to appreciate the difference. The activities focus on the monitoring of these groups together the PASEC technical staff, activities ranging from theater, sensory therapy, informal groups of young people, the training offers to senior citizens.The objectives of this project are to develop group management skills in volunteers, foster a productive environment around the concept of interculturalism among these audience, maximize opportunities to create projects created by volunteers, spread the non-formal education methods with youth in other countries and promote skills and attitudes to help employability. Another objective of this project is to promote mobility not only of volunteers participating this EVS, but also of young people who integrate the PASEC youth groups, encouraging that they integrate themselves EVS program, or other actions of the Erasmus + Program.Since young volunteers approach the age of thirty and never took part in an experience of mobility, this is the best way to fill a need for intercultural experience and community work while promoting friendly experiences and skills in regards of employability. The Advantage Inc. would also meet the need for a real European perspective amon PASEC's target audiences.The methodologies are centered in promoting the protagonims of these young people and these publics, creating growth synergies between the young volunteers and the groups with whom we work. With this project, we hope to generate mechanism that will support more EVS projects, promote the dissemination of good practices, promove the iner growth of these young people while they are given training and experience that will help in their future and make themyoung leaders capable of genering opportunities for even more younger in their countries of origin.
