Training will take place in Bitola, FYR Macedonia and it will last for 8 working days during November 2012. Training will gather 42 participants, from 17 partner organizations, young people involved in various forms of voluntary work as participatory method of active citizens’ involvement in community development. The main aim of the training is to improve implementation of high quality detailed/advanced volunteer management in participating organizations. The training will provide practical work – coaching and development of volunteering initiatives (local volunteering service, EVS, volunteer camps etc.). Trainers and participants will share innovative approaches, methodologies and tools, discuss level of recognition of volunteering in different European countries and plan new initiatives.
