ADCOMP - MECHANISMS FOR ADJUSTING OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES IN LONG TERM CARE SERVICES
ADCOMP project aimed to help us to stand up for the rights of all those citizens who cannot fend for themselves due to their requirement for long term care services, paying attention to the following factors:•PLATFORM FOR THE ANALYSIS OF THE NEEDS and potential of the long term care sector •ANALYSIS of the PROFESSIONAL PROFILES in different long term care services•COMPARATIVE STUDY on jobs and training needs within the sector •Promotion of TRAINING SCHEMES for the professionals in the sector•CURRICULAR DEVELOPMENT for job profiles in the sector •GLOBAL RESPONSES TO THE NEEDS OF USERS of long term care services•Contribution to development of PUBLIC TOOLS FOR THE CONTROL, monitoring and EVALUATION of the degree of compliance with the requirements and quality of long term care services•QUALITY CONTROL of the provisions and services foreseen in the Dependency Law
