2012. Lithuania conducted by persons with specials needs survey, which showed that people with spec. needs in the labor market, thus ensuring greater opportunities for professional development, adaptation programs.
It should abandon the stereotype that young people with the spec. needs not want to work, that they live exclusively supported by relatives and the state. Willing to work in a growing number. And while still on disability to interference successfully find a job, but we have to admit a social fact that young people with disabilities are willing and able to work.
Young people with the basic spec. the needs of the unemployment problem - lack of professional qualification or its absence, work experience, age, motivation to work and inadequate assessment of its feasibility.
Successful people with special needs integration into society and the labor market is one of the most important public policy priorities both in Lithuania and in other developed countries in Europe and the world. To ensure that individuals with special needs equal opportunities to participate and compete in the labor market should be part of every forward-thinking in society. The good news is that in recent years, Lithuania persons with special needs integration into society and the labor market is gaining momentum and more and more people with special needs to become active members of society: learning, acquire professional qualifications and working successfully. Pupils guidance improving the quality of adaptation in the labor market can only co-operation, joint efforts of teachers and parents, professional experience and professional enrichment direction education should take place throughout the pedagogical process, involving not only parents and teachers and even society.
Persons with spec. needs, as well as the rest of society, their efforts to penetrate the labor market trends and implement their profession improvement processes in order to remain competitive, ever-changing job market.
Objectives of the project. The project participants will improve their internships during the following competencies: incorporation of adaptation to the company, the labor market; mobility in the labor market; existing professional skills; new professional skills, versatility in professional improvement; the introduction of new technologies, tools, equipment; better quality of work performance; internationality Gaining competency; European Competence Development; increase motivation to learn; learning to learn, cognitive, social, personal, creativity competencies.
Our consortium partners aim - to provide high quality, era eligible education to each student according to their needs and resources will develope himself as a personality, 'extended' civil and ethnic self-awareness, acquire good practical skills to ensure the opportunity to compete in the labor market, to adapt to the company.
The project involves persons with specials. the needs of these specialties: chefs, confectioners, finishers (builders), table, wicker harness.
The project participants practice performs companies.
In project participates pupils of such specialties: cooks, decorators (builders), confectioners, joiners, basket makers (wicker harness).
Project participants (56) persons with special needs from 6 sending partners: Kaunas vocational training center of social services and construction business specialists - 24 participants - 8 cooks (4 Italy, 4 Spain), 8 decorators (Spain), 4 joiners, 4 basket makers (Germany), Radviliskis technology and business training center - 16 participants - 8 cooks (4 Italy, 4 Spain) and 8 decorators (Spain), Šilutė agriculture school - 4 cooks (Italy), 4 decorators (Spain), Alytaus vocational training center - 4 participants - cooks to Spain, Kauno food industry and trade training center - 4 confectioners to Italy, private company Euribija delegates just accompanying persons.
Receiving partners: , IES CONSULTING (Ispanija), Ce.S.F.Or. Centro Studi Formazione Orientamento (Italija), F+U Sachsen gGmbH (Vokietija).
For mobility activities are using ECVET. With all partners signed memorandums of understanding.
Results of the project: the project will be organizied seven flows of participants; participants willl make an internship report; participants will create a photo book or video "Our placement" (it can be in PowerPoint version); dissemination of the project; published a booklet.
In project will be carried out linguistic preparation (english, german) languages, private company Euribija will present presentation.
During the project are organizing 1 - 2 preparation - observasion visits.
