Youth Exchange "Active + Vision = Supervision " was carried out on 11-19 December 2015 in Murzasichle. The main goal of the project was to promote volunteerism, increase creativity and entrepreneurship among 42 participants and leaders coming from Poland, Bulgaria and Slovakia.Their joint actions resulted in obtaining the main objective - active participation and full involvement of all participants. Our actions were innovative and creative. Forms and methods used in the course of the project were as follows - workshops, educational games, group work, brainstorming, evaluation sessions. Long-term benefits of our project were to prepare participants to enter the labor market and increasing the level of interest in volunteering. The project contributed to the personal development of participants, improved their language competence, increased levels of mobility and social activity. Long-term results of our meeting will be to increase chances of participants to be employed in labour market.
