The multilateral exchange “ACTIVE: A CulTural InitiatiVe for Employability” will be placed in Italy, in a hostel in the village of Sermugnano (VT), from the 9th to 17th of November 2015. The participants involved in the projects will be 30 and they come from five different countries: Hungary, Lithuania, Slovakia, Spain and Italy. The topics of the project are essentially three: -Youth (Participation, Youth Work, Youth Policy); -International cooperation, international relations, development cooperation; -Rural development and urbanisation. The participants will meet some important and present themes, such as unemployment, active citizenship and reassessment of rural culture and rural area, and they will work with italian facilitators and a group of Spanish youngsters with experience, who are experts in these fields. They are creating opportunities for local young people of Herrera del Duque, organising cultural initiatives and a lot of activities for the locals, reassessing the rural area and their culture and giving a job to young unemployed people. This is why one of our aim is to exchange good practices with them, to give new competences to the participants, who can have then all the possibilities to be active, locally and internationally, and to have the possibility to face the unemployability. All of this will happen through activities like simulation games, brainstormings, presentations and non formal methods."
