This project is a training course that aims to give tools to young people to facilitate and work in the socio-educational sector. The training has been based upon the experiences from previous projects and is the result of a previous project implemented in Linz (Austria) in November 2013 funded through the YiA programme.
The project will be implemented in Linz and it aims to target young people to contribute to develop their capabilities of workers in the civil society organisations or in the youth field. Participants will have the experience or the interest in working with young people from disadvantaged background (unemployed, marginalised etc.), they will be 20 (excl.Experts and support staff) with an interest in creative tools (arts, theatre etc.). The countries involved will be: UK, Austria, Italy, Spain, Bulgaria.Greece,France,Lithuania,Romania,Macedonia.
Non formal education, theatre, team building, simulations, debates, working groups, evaluation session and performance will be the main methods used to deliver the programme.
