The Act.impACT project is a trilateral mobility which will be taking place in the village of Hidiselul de Sus near Oradea, Bihor County . The three organizations ! ! ! come from the following countries : Romania , Hungary and Slovakia. The project theme is one of European interest : social inclusion through theater. Participants will be aged 18-25 years, and to keep the balance between the sexes , we will select 15 boys and 15 girls (ten participants from each country), paying attention to include youngsters with fewer possibilities. Main objective of the project : Development of five plays with social themes by 30 young people aged 18 to 25 years to promote the active participation of youth in social life and their inclusion . Project goals : - Increasing youth involvement in social life through active participation during the project by promoting intercultural learning and tolerance - Improving the skills and abilities of participants through non-formal education - Promoting interculturalism and diversity through art and theater - Creatingfive plays in the following social themes: - unemployment - Health , outdoor activities - Rights in the EU - entrepreneurship - interculturality Activities that will achieve the project objectives are : lectures , workshops, theater , presentations, intercultural activities , trips , energizers , team building , reviews , plays . These activities are based on non-formal education methods : games, role plays, brainstorming , workshops , theater, improvisation, informal lectures . To achieve a sustainable impact of the project we want to use the project results and learning outcomes in order to involve more people . We expect that after the project , the 30 participants will maximize project results in the long term by being aware of social life and actively participating in everyday life .
