The audiovisual market is changing very rapidly, and demands more accurate and specialised experts with new skills. The project has the objective of increasing the qualifications of the youths studying courses related to audiovisual techniques, specialising them through the acquisition of new competences. To this aim, the project will: start to build an ideal European audiovisual qualifications list; compare the different goals and paths to attain these goals in Europe; create a map of audiovisual formal and non-formal competencies and qualifications; develop a database with best examples. The project will propose new European VET standards, making audiovisual competencies and qualifications more transparent.
