The general aim of the project is to reduce social isolation and increase social involvement of young offenders (aged 18-25) thereby improving their labour market position and reduce re-offending. The project will undertake a complete process of analysis, design, development, testing and dissemination of a specialized multi-module training program ACMP (Assessment and Case Management Program) in the field of social worker profession, supporting the operators in training young offenders before and after release. The project results (ACMP) will be addressed to public institutions (prisons, social and labour services), NGOs and training organisations.
