The main idea of the Project is that the sending of the students who are studying three different department of our school which are Nursery, Radiology and Emergency Medical Techniques, to two different institutions which are succesful on their fields and which are present in European Union Countries for two weeks in order to study. Emergency Medical students will study Bleeding in Pflegedienst Oppermann Ummendorf, Radiology students will study Computed Tomography and MR in HC Hospitales S.L.U., and Nursery students will study Introduction to the Practice of Medicine in Pflegedienst Oppermann Ummendorf. The first flow will include 30 students, second flow will include 15 students and in total 45 students and for first flow 4 attendant teachers, for second flow 2 attendant teachers and in total 6 attendant teachers (because our students are younger than 18) will travel. For each group, at least one of the attendant teachers will be a branch teacher capable of speaking in English well so that he or she can follow the lectures and solve possible problems and observe the improvement of the students. Attendant teachers will also notify the Project Administration Council about their all observation. The Project Administration Council – which will be created after the Project is approved – will be formed of the communication person, guide teachers, English teachers, branch teachers, other teachers and voluntary students. The Project Administration Council will choose a leader and begin the preparation studies. In order to prepare the students for the flows, there will be an offer for the linguistic course and we will sign a contract with the institution which had the bid and our history and geography teachers will give cultural education when our vocational branch teacher will give pedagogical education to our attendant students. The visa, grey passport, the flight tickets and the insurances of the students and the attendant teachers will be set and for all these travellers required permissions will be taken from the governship. The voluntary students will be scored according to general performance in the school, social talents and success-interest on the foreign languages, chosen and prepared. During the flows, the host institution will be in charge of nutrition, accommodations, the lectures, security, social security, guidance, translation, social services and touristic tours etc. After the flows the Project Administration Council will conduct dissemination studies, posters, fliers, a sample of preparing a project and a magazine will be published, opportunities to publish publications on the local newspapers will be investigated, photographs and the thoughts and the emotions of the students will be posted on our web site and the social media, there will also be encouragement and consciousness-raising studies will be conducted in both locally and nationally in order to encourage other institutions to create projects. Our students who improved themselves, will teach their friends what they have learn, help us to detect and to change the failures of our school and support our already-improving country.
